Best Ever Rolls

These are the best rolls I've ever made!! Be warned this recipe makes a ton but if you don't eat them all they can just go into the freezer. It takes a few hours to make but it is super easy.

2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 c. water, warm
3 pkgs. yeast
6 eggs
8 cups flour

Mix butter, sugar, salt, and milk together. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add to butter mixture. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour 1 cup at a time. Knead by machine or hand. When mixed, let rise 3 to 4 hours in an oiled bowl until very high. Punch down and shape into rolls. Brush with melted butter. Let raise again for 3 to 4 hours until light. Bake 10 -12 minutes at 375.
