Sausage and Egg Casserole

My kids all time favorite breakfast dish....

6 slices bread, cubed
1 pound sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Cube bread and place evenly in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle evenly with sausage and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over ingredients in pan. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 min. before baking. Bake 45 mintues at 325 degrees or until set. Cut into squares to serve.

This can also be made and put into the oven immediately and it still comes out very tasty.

I made this and it was yummy. We even put maple syrup on it which was also a tasty addition. Thanks!
