Yogurt, Berries and Nuts

Yoplait vanilla yogurt ( my favorite)
Blueberries
Sliced almonds

For breakfast this week I've tried eating these three combined and loved it. The almonds give it a nice crunch and this particular yogurt is sweet enough to cover if the berries are tart. Try with any yogurt and any berries you have on hand of course.

Did you know: A one-ounce, 160-calorie serving of almonds, or about a handful, is an excellent source of vitamin E and magnesium, and a good source of fiber. It also offers heart-healthy monounsaturated fat, protein, potassium, calcium, phosphorous and iron.
